The ArmWorks machine is designed to:

The MicroWeight System consists of 14 - 4" diameter Micro Weight disks
2 - 3" diameter Micro Weight disks.
The disks range in weight from 1/4 oz. to 32oz.
Included are two black Delrin magnetic holders for the Micro Weights along with two stainless steel clamps allowing the Micro Weights to be used on either machines or dumbbells.
